Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BobaTalk (the "Company") and users in connection with the AI English-learning service (the "Service").

The Company provides real-time AI voice conversation grounded in material the user uploads (PDFs, images, webpages), along with post-session learning reports.

Specific features and pricing are as posted on the in-service pricing page.

Users register with an email address and other information the Company requires.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for activity under their account.

Paid plans (Plus, Pro) and top-up products are charged at the posted prices (VAT included).

Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle; users may cancel before the next billing date.

Payments are processed through a payment provider (PortOne and connected PG companies).

Users warrant they hold the lawful rights to material they upload and will not infringe others’ rights (e.g. copyright).

Uploaded material is processed solely to provide the Service (text extraction, embedding, AI conversation and report generation).

Users must not upload unlawful or infringing material.

The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with advance notice for material changes.

The Service is a learning aid; the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

The Company is not liable for damages beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
