Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro) auto-renew each cycle. Posted prices include VAT.

You may withdraw your purchase as provided under Korean consumer-protection law.

However, for digital content, withdrawal may be limited for portions already used (e.g. voice minutes consumed).

You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next charge. Already-paid periods remain usable until they expire.

Top-up products are refundable if unused; refunds may be limited once any portion has been used.
