Privacy Policy

Account: email address, password (stored encrypted), sign-in history.

Learning data: uploaded material and its extracted text, transcripts of voice conversations, generated reports.

Payment: payment-method identifiers and history (handled by the payment provider; the Company does not store card numbers directly).

To provide the Service (AI voice conversation, report generation), manage accounts, process payments, and improve the Service.

Data is deleted without undue delay upon account closure, except where law requires retention (e.g. payment/contract records under e-commerce law).

We use the following processors: data storage and authentication (Supabase, Seoul region), AI voice/text processing (Google, OpenAI), payment processing (PortOne and connected PG companies).

To process AI voice and material, some data (audio, text) may be transmitted to overseas servers. Users consent to this before starting a voice conversation.

User data is, by default, stored in the Republic of Korea (Seoul region).

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data; we act on such requests without undue delay.
